About me
I'm originally from Poland, and have lived in Manchester since 2013. I work full time as a landscape architect. When I moved to England, I discovered Manchester Urban Sketching Group. Since that time, I haven't stopped painting on location.
In the subject, I seek a combination of a striking composition and beautiful light effect. I'm interested in a scene that is dramatic from the drawing and painting point of view. In my sketches, I use mainly watercolour with an emphasis on architecture, landscape, and atmosphere of the place.
I participated in the International Urban Sketchers Symposiums in Manchester and Porto, and I gave workshops and demonstration in the Symposium in Amsterdam.
